So Nobody Has A Question--Dan Murray's Opinion Regarding Plowing Private Ways

Why is everyone forgetting the key issue, here? It is not about plowing or not plowing. It is about a law that was passed by state government for a reason. Mainly, monitoring proper roads and not having serious liability issues from plowing an unaccepted road. The law is the law. If you don't like a certain law and want it change, you get the legislature to back you up and change it. One doesn't break the law to suit ones needs. How does one teach the children ethics and to value laws, if one saids it is ok to break a law because of reasons to suit personal needs. It is against the law to steal but is it ok to go and steal food because you are out of work and do not have money to buy it? Laws are made for a reason. They are not made to break to suit ones needs.
I am wondering if it is also a violation of the law to have our school buses traverse these unapproved streets? -(or do they?) It seems that if there is a liability issue with a snow plow providing a service, then how could a school bus-full of children- not be a more significant liability risk? If these roads are not going to be plowed this winter, then I hope we will not be sending school buses down these roads! Talk about a law suit.....
