The BOS position should remain the same and there are no replays. In other words, the BOS should proceed to vote to withdraw support for the land into trust and to oppose any land into trust for the Tribe. Now that they have canceled the deal, let them stew. If they want to come back, let them go back to the table for the amounts that we originally negotiated -- which Glenn Marshall called "racist." Middleborough does not need the Tribe. The Tribe needs Middleborough.
